Shipping & Returns

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not happy for any reason a refund will be made to your original account of your payment. (Please refer to the Returns Credit Policy below).

 

All returns must include the original receipt and be postmarked as sent within 30 days of the item’s delivery. 

 

Items must be presented in new condition with original packaging and must not have been washed. The shipping fees and the returned products’ related costs shall be responsible by customers except for faulty items on arrival. Please note that sale items are final sale.

 

Products that meet the return/exchange requirements will be exchanged or refunded after we have examined the returned product.

 

Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 -8 weeks.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any money you might have paid. Thank you for being a loyal customer. 

 

Shipping

 

Tama Leia Luxe ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not yet ship internationally. However, you are welcome to use a freight-forwarding company but you do so at your own risk. We do not support international returns and you are responsible for all duties and custom fees. All orders shipped to a freight-forwarding company are final sale.

 

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link to track your package online.
